14-DAY MONEY BACK RETURNS: Return period is from merchandise shipping date to return shipping date. A return authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling Art & Soul at 650-375-1306 or by e-mailing the gallery at Returns@ArtAndSoulGalleryAndShop.com The original shipping cost to the customer will be deducted from the refund. Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original package. Merchandise must be returned as instructed. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. If the content of the package arrived damaged, please inform us within 24hrs.
